This channel came through after we had completed Your Beautiful Life and the process had changed so much of what we had previously believed as fact about spirituality. It was time to revisit what we thought about death, the ultimate 'test', an opportunity to truly throw yourself empty handed in to the void. We absolutely love this channel; it sums up the way we try to live our beautiful lives if you link into what it is really saying. It is with some hope that we feel we are preparing ourselves for that ultimate initiation. Hi Virgil,

It has occurred to me more and more how many of our old spiritual truths are now seemingly wrong - even though I know you may say they were right for the time. One such example is our ideas around death. You recently mentioned that upon death we evaluate our life from a feeling perspective as opposed to the physical events that occurred as we had once presumed. It seems obvious now that feeling would be a much more reliable account of a life lived rather than trying to assess the physical which is subject to such varied interpretation. What happens when we die and how does a soul evaluate the life lived?

In the past, from the perspective of the old spiritual truths you speak of, the experience of death could be construed as the ultimate test. Now we understand that there are really no tests in terms of success or failure, but there is an ever building series of initiations. So we consider death as part of an initiation process that represents the ultimate expression of our life lived. In other words, the manner in which death comes to us represents the total isness, or feeling essence couching that entire ego experience of that life frame.

In the moment of death, which can be considered the point where the Soul actually extracts itself from the body consciousness; a new joining is offered via a balancing of matter and spirit. Matter at death though is finer, containing more light and ether, and is materialised in the etheric form of body consciousness – what a physical being might see as a ghost, apparition or orb. Know that this is just matter infused with more light. In an instant, without opportunity to 'think and reason' a choice is made. This choice pushes upward from the depths of Self and therefore cannot be controlled by the ego nor the Soul expressly. The choice is made in perfect union, but it absolutely freely reflects the aspect of self that most faithfully represents the entities true reality and beliefs. This reflection is divine and true and it is impossible for it to be anything but a perfect expression of self, no matter how skillfully you may have denied it during the incarnation. There is no escape from self, and physical death ensures this truth is made real for you. When you stop hiding from your own truth, you will be able to evolve without the need for a physical death, for the process of evolution will be undertaken willingly, consciously driven by Source.

The choice made at death is actually an opportunity to instantaneously own the total experience of that life, spiritually and physically as one, or to disown it. There can be no degrees of responsibility for self, so if you eliminate certain 'unsavoury' aspects of self, then the entire Soul experience is compromised, for you are enforcing separation as a natural state. The purpose of death is to consciously acknowledge innate wisdom as present in every moment of your life, or continue to turn away from it. In that moment, based on the feeling and beliefs anchored, the seeds of the astral experience and the incarnation beyond is sewn. From this, new creation begins, unhampered and unheeded containing possibility limited only by what your chosen belief system will afford you. It is therefore a more flexible, conscious variation of your physical reality.

We have talked about help being available on the astral realm and this is indeed the case. However, sovereignty for self is unassailable so lessons cannot be 'lived for you' or taught from a cosmic text book. Yet core concepts, such as creating your own reality, compassion, responsibility and the unavoidable truth of evolution and oneness can be espoused and worked in to this period. For example, a martyred Muslim (terrorist/freedom fighter) depending on the beliefs held, who in the instant of death cannot align innate wisdom and feel compassion for such acts, must necessarily align greater emphasis and truth on his taught ego reality of attack and defence. Therefore he will unconsciously and immediately manifest beliefs that align with the ego conditions in the astral plane after death - perhaps in the creation of virgins for example. Now of course this fulfils not innate wisdom, but ego constructs, beyond the physical realm which in the long term is simply unsustainable. To this end, others Souls can and do intervene and demonstrate the unreality of such notions in terms of being the 'one true reality.' They can do this in good conscience, because the higher self will call forward learning that can teach the deceased about its true reality, in the same way a mother can show her child that superman, based on Earth core assumptions actually cannot fly. So such helper entities are not interfering in Soul consciousness per se, but are instead setting aright false limiting ideas about the spiritual realm. These helpers take the role of the other 'people' forming the dream created by newly deceased spirit. Through such role playing, the dreamer will eventually gently awaken from his construct and then and only then is he truly 'reborn'. At this time, work on the next life frame will commence and much assistance will be given to set up conditions, contracts and connections for the next journey of the Soul to continue. The paradigm for the next life in other words.

When Souls are awakened from the power of their own illusions, often times a measure of shock is experienced because beliefs are so ingrained that they were never considered even pliable let alone fantasy. Such dramas though are played out within the feeling confines set from the initial impact of the choice made at death. In other words, the Souls journey is uninterrupted. For example, one is not illuminated during such teaching and awakening in terms of the way in which the life has been lived. All such 'undoing' of past wrongs, must be undertaken on the same arena IE the Earth plane. It is incorrect to consider that one could learn of enlightenment through some spiritual afterlife class room. If this were the case, then Earth would hardly be necessary.

Instead, help is offered in terms of core assumptions, collective notions can be espoused freely, but help with grounding actual personal issues can only be provided if asked for. For example, if a Muslim terrorist/freedom fighter was learning of the true nature of spirit as not being aligned to any particular religion, he may in a flash feel that truth. In that acknowledgement of innate wisdom, a doorway is opened to allow the true compassion, denied through his ego experience, to be drawn from the genuine experience of his Souls love, connected to all creation. If so, he would seek help to realign his next incarnation to remedy his acts, perhaps to return to evolve this extreme arm of his loved religion to a more moderate stance. If though he had aligned with this innate wisdom at death, he could have completed the cycle of that incarnation in that moment, and moved on to a higher learning, does this make sense to you? Because it came later, even though still sourced from internal self, it cannot be considered part of the Soul experience as it still needs to be a decision made in flesh.

Conversely, a fellow conspirator to our friend, when faced with the same teaching, may still fail to open new doorways to the self and instead feel indignation and resistance and continue the fight for his cause in the afterlife. To this end, such individuals will return to replay such life frames, essentially now not always literally in physical terms. Often though the blueprint for the life is staggered, with greater assistance to see the truth, although this still has to be accepted.  Construction of a blueprint in this way is done by those that are highly evolved and can speak directly to the innate wisdom of another and bypass the unreality of their dark vision and importantly, not be drawn in to it. In other words, although denied by the ego aspect, the Soul itself is bypassing its creation and seeking the assistance of others to remedy the impaired sight if this makes sense to you. So while the loudest voice may return to the physical to continue to fight for Allah, the Soul's plan involves something entirely different and is birthed with the assistance of many others who reflect back to the person the inner urgings that the ego will not heed. This is why so many of your highly charged emotional encounters are contracted and inevitable for they call you to waken. Many of you though continue to see them as things done to you rather than as reflections of your own inner beliefs. That is why so many seem to replay again and again.

It is possible to cross over in peace and fulfillment, within an expectation that you are returning to your true power and Source and so a true union with Soul will be the experience in the moment. This can only be achieved where the physical life has been reconciled as you go, where regret and remorse have been transcended, not in ego 'justification' but in the experience and exchange of compassion. In this way forgiveness, a traditional aspect of the death process, has already been achieved for the life was lived and reconciled in the moment but beyond the rationalisation of ego that makes its stance 'right'. True union with Soul completes the life frame as it returns to Source. Should new incarnations be sought, then past life frame influences are not ego based unresolved issues, but instead genuine sources of inspiration from Soul consciousness. It is people undertaking such lives that impact the planet collectively and create mass change and evolution. In short, the experience of death, by its very nature, is a call to affirm all that spirit espouses, love, eternity, responsibility, fearlessness. Anything less than this ensures the astral plane is your home until the next incarnation can be set. It is wonderful to be back "on-line" (do you like my 21st century language - I am learning am I not?)
